Ottawa police have arrested a man in connection with a stabbing in Ottawa's Sandy Hill neighbourhood.
Residents of the building to which police responded say many staff from the Russian embassy live there. The building is about a block and a half away from the embassy.
Sandy Hill is an area that features a mix of student housing, embassies and ambassadors' homes.
Another man was taken away by ambulance.
A police spokesman said officers were called at 8:43 a.m. and responded to 400 Stewart St. The spokesman said the injuries didn't appear to be major.
