Helicopter jail break probe ordered by Quebec premier

Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard has ordered an internal government investigation into two helicopter jail breaks.

Couillard announced the investigation Wednesday morning from Quebec City, pointing to "contradictory" information from various authorities. 

Couillard said he wants answers from Quebec provincial police, the Public Security Ministry, the Justice Ministry and jail authorities.
