One year after Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 disappeared on March 8, 2014, the search continues.

CBC's Chris Brown speaks with former U.S. Federal Aviation Authority analyst David Soucie about his best guess as to what happened to the flight carrying 239 passengers and crew. All who were on board are now presumed to have perished.

About 30 per cent of the search area identified as the most probable crash site has already been scoured, said Soucie, author of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370: Why It Disappeared—and Why It's Only a Matter of Time Before This Happens Again.

"Now (searchers) are kind of just working on the fringes, and it may be too little, too late," he says.
